United Journal of Chemistry (UJC)
United Journal of Chemistry is an open access journal, meaning that all published content is freely and permanently accessible online without subscription or access fees.
Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of articles published in the journal, in accordance with the journal’s licensing terms.
Article Processing Charge (APC) Waivers
For Editors
Articles submitted by Editors and Members of the Executive Board of United Journal of Chemistry are eligible for a 50% waiver on the applicable Article Processing Charges (APC).
For Reviewers
Reviewers who complete their peer review within the stipulated timeframe set by the journal are eligible for a 25% waiver on the total publication charges.
This waiver applies only to a manuscript submitted to UJC in which the reviewer serves as the first author or corresponding author.
For Authors
The Editorial Selection Committee of United Journal of Chemistry may grant partial waivers of the Article Processing Charges based on:
- The quality and merit of the research work, and
- The country of origin of the author(s), particularly in cases involving developing or underdeveloped countries.
Waiver decisions are made at the discretion of the editorial committee.
