Scientific research and recent climatic recordings by scientists noted that temperature rise, ice melting, rise of the level sea’s increases the frequency or intensity of extreme weather events, which provide clear evidence that global climate changes is taking place, especially in the Arctic. Climate change is not only the emergence of environmental problems, but also influences social, economic, psychological and political circumstances. The emergence of environmental problems for scientific researchers emphasizes the need for better communication of climate information and the formulation of ethical responses to climate changes in the Arctic and the world. The research has the meaning of communication on environmental ethics including climatic uncertainties. The presentation of interpretations (models), for climate changes, the specific cause is the scientific discipline perspective, and the law for preserving the climate in the Arctic. The document summarizes the key elements of communication, environmental ethics, and the integration of environmental ethics principles into the formulation of climate changes and decision-making strategies in the Arctic.
