Green chemistry, often described as sustainable chemistry, focuses on reducing the harmful impacts of chemical processes and products on the environment. It aims to support eco-friendly treatments by minimizing or eliminating toxic chemicals, lowering hazardous waste generation, and conserving energy and resources. In this study, linearity for Azelnidipine (AZLNDPN) was demonstrated in the concentration range of 2–12 μg/mL. The recovery percentage from the tablet formulation averaged 99.6% with a standard deviation of ±0.004 across six samples. Accuracy tests showed recovery rates between 99.6–100.1%. The intra-day %RSD remained well below 2%, indicating high precision. Statistical validation confirmed the suitability of the proposed method for routine use in quality control laboratories. The developed approach effectively quantifies AZLNDPN in tablet formulations without interference from common excipients, making it suitable for regular analytical applications.
